On 12-22-22, WAPO wrote that, "Pelosi reflects on transition from ‘awesome power’ to ‘strong influence’, and the Enlightened Prisoner responded thus:
I've no doubt that history will be kind to Nancy Pelosi's reign as the Speaker for the People's House. She was afforded that position by peers who recognized her ability to know what needed to be done and getting there in a manner that reflected on her negotiating skills. She seemed to sense what best served the interests of the people she represented and stood tall in defense of her principles.
The fact she was hated by the pettiest of her male opponents is naught but an endorsement of envy for the skills they lacked. Fare thee well Madam Speaker, you have performed with distinction.
