VMI’s first Black superintendent blasts White critics of diversity and equity reform

It's a sad reflection indeed that we have members of our homogenous community who continue to harbor and express negative opinions on the rights and accomplishments for "those who don't look like us." It's equally confounding when those critics morally align their views with false or failed governmental or religious paradigms.
It makes one wonder what severe or damaging emotional or educational experience has acted to deprive them of the cultural responsibility to respect the rights of others, not to try and control those rights to your personal or tribal satisfaction.
