Where upon her history in this article begins? Why not a little history before? How'd she get into this country, certified as a Kansas educator, was a registered voter, and a whole lot more? It's a sad reflection indeed that we have members of our homogenous community who continue to harbor and express negative opinions on the rights and accomplishments for "those who don't look like us." It's equally confounding when those critics morally align their views with false or failed governmental or religious paradigms.

It makes one wonder what severe or damaging emotional or educational experience has acted to deprive them of the cultural responsibility to respect the rights of others, not to try and control those rights to your personal or tribal satisfaction.

The interesting results of a poll shown on today's CBS Sunday Morning was the largest number, (I believe it was around 60%) found it difficult to trust the media for what the poll called "Truth". 

Those of us who have put some thought in the current state of affairs in this country recognize this as an accurate reflection of attitude.  It's the direct result of the ongoing campaign by a troublesome cadre in this country, not to question authority as we saw in the 60's and 70's, but to question any faith in our established institutions of governance.  

Their game is to attack truth in any form and that attracts news makers who depend on their appearance ratings for existence.  Our ears and eyes are the victims of this constant assault that becomes a question of picking a tribe that appeals to our emotions.  

The real victim here is the lack of independent thought each of us should be exercising more.  As was said, "Think before you speak, READ before you think."  

 The Trump cadre working from a Republican Party label seem to have a new way of defining their way of governance.  They ask for the truth then find it convenient not to believe it.  Then enhance it by telling two lies.  First, the lie they tell others and then justify it by lying to themselves.  Wisdom is truly lost for anyone who finds it convenient to host a lie.  (A comment by the Enlightened Prisoner on 1-8-22)

 Cyber Ninjas, the firm hired to conduct an election review in Arizona, ordered to pay $50,000 a day in sanctions for failure to provide documentation for records request by Arizona newspaper.  Prompting this comment by the Enlightened Prisoner on 1-7-22.    

"As if we needed any additional evidence that this whole Arizona farce was a set up by the Trump's Cadre of the Republican Dismantled Party."   

 Ghislaine Maxwell lawyers say they will seek mistrial after jurors describe their own childhood abuse and on 1-6-22, the Enlightened Prisoner commented thus:

"The whole concept of jury trials is to allow a peer group to visit the relevant evidence allowed in the courtroom and weigh its value for the conviction of those charged with a crime.  There's nothing wrong with jurors using their own life's experiences in giving weight to evidence and testimony.  

It's just another cheap shot appeal by Maxwell's attorneys made public to promote emotional response.  Discovery of a prospective flaw for rendering a fair and impartial deliberator was Maxwell's attorney's responsibility during voir dire, not after the fact.

We have a two-party democracy, and both share a commitment to the rights and dignity of the governed they represent.  When a totally radical voice like Marjorie Taylor Greene emerges and treats that commitment with such open disrespect, you must suspect the motive.  I do, do you? 

 Trump offers unusual endorsement of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban ahead of parliamentary elections and on 1-3-22 the Enlightened Prisoner commented:

Of course, he would endorse.  Trump supports anyone of his ilk capable of showing no humanitarian respect for the rights and dignity of others just like the selfish brat he is.
