Well, the attitudes and actions of the Evangelical do support one theory. Being self-righteous and gullible in this country is not contributing to its health and happiness.  (Enlighten Prisoner comment of 12-31-21)

 Ted Cruz's campaign fund manipulations were obvious attempts to game the system.  It has become patently apparent that our methods of buying a candidate into office represents naught but the interests of the money source and totally violates our Constitutional efforts at representative government for all the governed.  

For the Supreme Court to find that money represents a free expression of speech leaves the door open to the levels of corrupted politics we are now witnessing.  Where our elected legislators spent too much of their time currying favor with and for doners at the expense of thoughtful governing.    

Where the very pathway to the electorates' attention and education is a controlled media that is profit motivated and unregulated before the fact of reason and civility, we are turned by emotional jab, not qualification for public service.  

This is not the way to create a government for a country so rich in a spirit of innovation and humanity.  It's the way third-country totalitarian regimes cultivate power and self-serving benefits.  Be warned Supreme Court, be warned.   (Enlightened Prisoner comment of 12-31-21

The abuses of our total privacy by governments and the commercial technology sector are varied and immense.  It is the result of the need for power by knowing about others what they are too lazy or inept to obtain by normal human interaction.  Then to gather that information in permanent storage for its use in future nefarious ways is a clear definition of how insensitive and corrupt we've become in our over-civilized world of science before behavior.  Shame indeed.  According to every historical document I'm aware of, Jesus Christ was described as a liberal-minded, apolitical, active contributor to the welfare and healing of the poor and feeding indigent members of society while actively usurping demagoguery leaders and the monied heretics.   

So, when you have a religious affiliation that sings the praises of the greatest anti-Christ to ever come down a golden-gilded escalator, lacking moral standards, constant expressions of breast-beating and disrespect for all beneath his callous circle of worshipers, you're hardly walking a righteous path are you?   

Easily led or lacking thoughtfulness?  Whichever you may be, please tear up your voting registration card.  You're too stupid to be an informed electoral of this country.  (Enlightened Prisoner comment 12-14-21)

 Anyone who credits broadcast media as a reliable news source has a dim sense of valued news.  Only in print does the news give you the ability to fully absorb and reason its value.  It's called educated thoughtfulness and our country is in dire need.  (Enlightened Prisoner comment of 12-12-21)

 The conduct of Trump's attorneys in their challenge for excluding his records from disclosure is a total farce.  It totally ignores the already established precedents of the Nixon years that acting as a public office holder means the records and actions taken while you occupied a tax-supported office are accessible because you are totally accountable to those who elected you. 

Their argument that this is a political witch hunt to bring about partisan harm ignores a basic fact of our checks and balance system of government.  If you've done something wrong, it's a damn right for the Congress to ascertain and assess what happened.  Trying to conceal your records of performance is little more than an admission you've done something wrong and need to hide its disclosure. 

The fact that Trump continues to relentlessly profess the election was stolen and continues to threaten and belittle opponents in order to support his power ego is more than enough evidence that his malfeasance while in office needs discovery.  And needs it as expeditiously as possible.  (Enlightened Prisoner comment 11-30-21)
