The language of 18 U.S. Code 2384 -  (Titled) Seditious Conspiracy.  Haven't found a footnote yet that exempts attorneys or the Congressional elected acting at the direction of a cabal headed by an out-voted President.  I happen to believe in and respect my government.  Those who don't have made themselves known.  Justice delayed is justice denied isn't it?   (Enlightened Prisoner comment of 10-30-21)

 Until everyone of you who protests a government action that finds a way to care for the elderly can show me you've been directly involved in the current expensive care and support of an elderly family member for a protracted period of time and understand the costs and effort involved, please take you protest and put it where the sun don't shine.  You've got no business putting your petty political opinion into this realm of humanized endeavor for those who have paid their dues and are unable to fully care for themselves any longer.  And, have found themselves without sufficient savings nor family willing to sacrifice their comfort zone and assist in those life-maintenance demands.  We are humans and known for empathy.  Well, maybe not all of us.  How come this race to equality on paying taxes is always centered on income tax based on annual salary?  Why don't you folks acknowledge that the daily tax burden in this country falls on the folks trying to earn a sufficient annual salary.  It comes in the form of Sales Taxes on almost everything they buy, Surtaxes on things they already support through their State's Income Tax, Sales Tax, or property taxes, the excise taxes on car license fees, communication devices, cable, gasoline and tires, alcohol, believe me the list would fill pages.  Where's the figures on just how much tax a working person actually pays on a daily bases before we even get to an annual income tax.  Believe me again, it's the inconvenient truth about where the real burden of taxation in this country really lies.  (Enlightened Prisoner comment of 10-26-21) 

(In answer to the Washington Post story about the Nevada man (a Republican) who was shocked someone had cast a vote in the name of his deceased wife, and now he's charged as the one.)

  Lordy Lordy, so there was a plan to steal the election.  But it seems the Republicans had some problems finding enough sophisticated party members to pull off the extra voter cadre. 

So, the tin-star sheriff of theirs raises an unsophisticated posse to mount up and go hang Congress.  But, they too got sidetracked from success by finding out that souvenir hunting and posing for sound bites was more fun.

But now they've really got their act together.  You see, they found this bunch of unsophisticated auditors and lawyers and.....

 It's sad to see folks who took an oath to protect and serve, (in this case the Chicago Police Union's anti-vax call), acting out as pimps for political nonsense.  History is not on their side.  We grumbled through mandatory seat-belt requirements, then again when indoor smoking was abolished.  But hey, in the end we had to admit they were in our best self-interests, weren't they?  And besides, media attention makes fools out of the best of us.  (Enlightened Prisoner comment of 10-14-21)

 

"Given Trump’s long-running distrust of the FBI’s handling of the 2016 election, the report says, it was “reasonable that President Trump maintained substantial skepticism concerning the DOJ’s and FBI’s neutrality and their ability to adequately investigate election fraud allegations in a thorough and unbiased manner.” 

 

Please take note.  This Republican statement (in answer to the Select Committee's report on the events of January 6th insurrection) is not based on any given evidence or testimony.  It is based only on the mind-set of an unhinged President whose statements and actions were conducted in a manner that can only be described as tyranny.   

The Republican's failure to acknowledge the massive evidence showing Trump's illegal actions to subvert our Constituted election process is further evidence they are conspirators to this act of tyranny.  Can an entire political party be indicted for criminal actions?  I'd say it's worth trying.  (Comment of the Enlightened Prisoner 10-6-21)  

 Donald J. Trump was a misrepresented candidate for qualifications to serve as President.  His elected service was chronologized by his personally arranged tweets that became the official record of his mindset.  We have reviewed those records representing his intellectual acuity and find there is no logical reason for affording him recognition as an intelligent being.  Questions?  The biggest joke in this country right now is that a cadre of angry old white men have the gall to pretend an opinion of how a woman should treat herself on a question of providing a new life that she alone is responsible for raising.  It's politics at its worst and a conflict of interest at best.
