I resent an unqualified member of the print media assuming an ability to assess our highest authority on matters of Constitutional decisions affecting US citizens and seeking to treat it as an emotional tool. Any decisions by the Supreme Court will be accompanied by a statement representing the discussions and analysis that resulted in their finding. And, it's put in clearly worded print.
You may not like it, or agree with it, but it's a factual process of our societal governing process, and greatly exceeds the secret actions that usually are associated with decisions that come from Congressional elected representatives, or appointed heads of governmental agencies, right?
And yes, Supreme Court decisions also are more refined and exacting that those damned Executive Orders that have suddenly become so popular as a tool of governing. You may not like a particular robed Justice of that court but, never disrespect the Court's importance to our democratic form of government, please. (Enlightened Prisoner comment of 7-30-21)
