When the efforts of you and your ancestors have made the contributions necessary to create and maintain the economy and social structure of a nation-state, and the governing rules are still being made by the limited membership country-club set who would deny your right to participate, it certainly flies in the face of our preamble of equality and justice for all, doesn't it?  

In South Africa they called it Apartheid.  How say you Georgia? 

 Wouldn't it have been nice if we had had a National Recall Referendum available to deal with removal of Trump, the most incompetent, corrupt, and socially inept and uncompassionate President we've had in our lifetimes?   And, every Republican Congressional office holder who voted to empower him and the miserable state of our Union, its economy, its disrespect from other world countries, and the disregard for confidence in government that he created?  

 Steve Bannon is truly the Poster Child for what the Trump Cult had plagued on our country and its moral fiber.  The long list of people pardoned by Trump have earned reputations as community misfits and blights on our social order.  

The legacy of Trump's regime would be best served by regular publication again and again of the criminal activity history behind their convictions.  No better example exists of the monster we put at the helm of our government to serve naught but a criminal enterprise.  

 

Ms. Rubin, I believe you have properly exposed the most serious systemic problem that exists in our nation.  Too many of our adult population harbor racists opinions and surreptitious racists actions and seem to justify being that way with paltry excuses. 

Each Man, Woman, and Child in this world is created in the image of what our religions all call a Supreme Being.  It matters not what name they give that Being, what matters is that they continue to hold a mistaken belief (promoted by Religious Leaders and Politicians) that pretend some do not fit or deserve respect because my religion (or political belief) makes me superior to them???  And then the trouble begins.  

 Excuse me, did I just read that the most popularly electorate supported piece of legislation in recent history was the 2007, (read 14 years ago!), raise in the Federal wage level?

Could we hear that again, and again, and....

Because I don't believe there's many Congressional Representatives that have much of a clue about what's needed in this country to level the playing field of wages and the chance to share in the richness of our economy's products.
